Light
Light brown, this roast is generally preferred for milder coffee varieties. Highest in Caffeine of the three roast profiles
Medium
This roast is medium brown with a stronger flavor and a non-oily surface. It’s the standard preferred roasts for most in the USA
Dark
Dark, sometimes shiny with oils on the outside. Roasty to charred flavor, often with a slight bitterness to it. Good if you tend to drink your coffee with cream and sugar.
