Exposure to Air is the number one freshness killer of coffee.

For the best taste experience, we suggest using our whole bean coffee within 2-3 weeks of receiving it. Remember, air is not a friend of coffee! If you prefer pre-ground coffee, make sure to grind only what you need right before brewing to keep that freshness intact. Happy brewing!
