Unlike some big commercial brands, we never compromise on quality by over-roasting or using lower-quality beans for darker roasts. We understand that each bean has its own unique characteristics and we strive to bring out their best flavors in every roast.

When it comes to freshness, we take pride in delivering our coffee promptly after roasting. We strive to ensure your coffee is roasted, packaged, shipped, and delivered within 5-6 days. However, we intentionally avoid delivering coffee that is too fresh because freshly roasted whole beans release CO2 during the degassing stage. This process can affect the extraction of flavors when brewing your cup of joe.
